In 2009, my second grade teacher taught us how to fold origami cranes, and I've been hooked ever since. I love folding and designing origami, and I love sharing my passion for origami with others. I started an origami club at my high school, founded the Origami DeCal at UC Berkeley, and now I am a regular at the Puget Area Paperfolding Enthusiasts Roundtable where I sometimes teach at monthly meetings and volunteer at community events such as the Cherry Blossom Festival and Japan Week at Bellevue College.
